Whitelist

A whitelist is similar to Minecraft's server whitelist. Any player that is on a horse's player list is allowed to perform a certain action, such as ride the horse.

Blacklist

A blacklist does the opposite of a whitelist. Any player that is on a horse's player list is considered banned from the horse disabling certain actions, such as riding the horse.
